Shipping is in business "biz" days. Order cutoff time is 1PM MST. Orders placed after 12PM MST will not count that day as a transit day since it wont be fulfilled until the next business day.
We typically initiate fulfillment within a few hours of when your order is received depending on if its from our fulfillment network of shipped in house. Typical shipping times take anywhere from 2-5 business days with the average being around 3 business days, excluding holidays. If the shipment is refused purposely by the customer, the customer is liable for getting it back to our location, then we would issue a refund upon its arrival. If you refuse a shipment and there is a return fee or charge that Lazrus pays, it will be deducted from your refund when the package arrives back to us.
