Returns and Refund Policy

Lazrus Golf Return/Refund/Exchange Policy:

Easy 3 step return & refund policy:

  • Write us at and let us know.
  • Pack them back up in the original package and send them (please have your order # in package).
  • We refund you after the clubs are received

Return shipping is paid by buyer.

If you request a refund, the refund will be credited back to the account it was originally charged to no later than 7 business days after the product has been received by Lazrus Golf. It may take up to 3-5 working days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end and for your account to reflect the credit.

We do ask that you cover the return shipping costs and items must be returned (ship date) within 30 days of the original purchase in order to receive a refund. The product must be shipped back and dropped off with the carrier within the 30 days. 

International orders only: We have negotiated with DHL to get you lower prices and faster shipping worldwide. We also now have your final price, including all taxes and duties collected at checkout so there will be no surprises or other associated fees.

If the shipment is refused purposely by the customer, the customer is liable for getting it back to our location, then we would issue a refund upon its arrival. If you refuse a shipment and there is a return fee or charge that Lazrus pays, it will be deducted from your refund when the package arrives back to us.

Lazrus Golf will not replace clubs that have been damaged by the golfer on non hitting surfaces, such as the crown, sole.

Exchanging an item for another does not extend the 30 day return window. If you receive an exchanged item and are past the original order date by 30 days, we will not accept a return on the exchange item.

If the clubs have been altered, they cannot be returned. Examples are shafts cut, extended, gripped, heads adjusted, etc.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days will not be accepted.

In short, we have a seamless return policy for the very small amount of people who might want to return them. We are here to provide golfers with amazing clubs at an unbeatable price. We aren't here to create headaches. We're here for you.

To be eligible for a full return, your item must be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 7293 w airway ct, Suite B, Boise, ID 83709

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Clubs that chip or peel due to not being covered with a head cover in the bag will not fall under our 1 year warranty. Our hybrids and woods will not chip if they are covered.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
