Great customer service

"I've been out of the game 20 years due to an injury. Using my old clubs while working with a coach, he said that I should look into new clubs. Somehow, I found your clubs on the internet. I ordered the complete hybrid set, bag, 3 wedges set and covers. When my order came in the bag was missing. I contacted customer service and they were very accommodating and were sending me another bag; after putting my new clubs in my old bag I realized my new clubs required more space due to being hyriids. I asked to upgrade the bag and pay the difference. They ungraded my bay and didn't charge me for the upgraded bag for my inconvenience. I didn't ask for this, they just did it. I know mistakes happen (My younger sister was conceived. ) I didn't get upset, I explained what happened and they took care of it. Really what more could you ask for. FYI my coach is excited because he never coached someone with a full set of hybrids. My wife has never played the game before, and she is taking lessons now also, if she likes the game, we will defiantly be getting a new set of Lazrus golf clubs of her own. Bryan Smith"

Updating my hybrids

"I have been using Adams hybrids for over 15 years. I was ready for something new. 2-PW plus wedges and a putter, and a driver with head covers for under a grand! Love them so far. My only negative is I got the bag as well and with the head covers, it’s pretty packed. Sometimes hard to pull out a club. Overall, 4. 9 satisfied."

"My beginner wife is hitting straighter and higher shots with the hybrids and wedges. I adjusted the loft on the driver and it will not 'click' back as indicated in instructions. Overall, great set and very attractive."

"These golf clubs are AWESOME. The first thing you notice is the look, I got the black ones. They are sleek and beautiful. They definitely catch the eye of other golfers. Then comes the quality. You can feel it the moment you pick one up. The balance, the movement when you swing (I got the senior shafts) and perfect weight of each club. Finally performance. I got the hybrids and they definitely outperform my cavity back clubs I've been using. I love the fact that they have the loft of each club written on them. All this for an incredible price makes this a FANTASTIC VALUE!!!"
