A few important notes about International shipping:
We ship majority of our packages UPS to international countries from the USA.
Import fees typically consist of a broker fee and a tax to your local government.
We do not collect or ever see these fees.
Import fees are to be paid by the buyer
Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer
Import fees outside of Canada are typically 20%. This includes a broker fee and your local taxes. Lazrus Golf doesnt collect or ever see these fees.
If the shipment is refused purposely by the customer, the customer is liable for getting it back to our location, then we would issue a refund upon its arrival.
Although shipping postage is sometimes free, all associated import duty/tax fees are due by the buyer.
We do our best to provide all of our customers with high value and high quality. With our prices being super competitive, we can sometimes offer free shipping to certain international countries but if we are to bear the import fees, it would be necessary to raise our price or charge higher shipping fees to offset these duties, taxes and import fees.
